USJN Tournament Housing
*Indianapolis hotels: Please follow the hotel instructions listed on the event site detail.
- Go to Events
- Select your tournament by scrolling through the list
- Click on "Hotel" button
- Select the hotel button specific to your event
Individual Reservation:
- Choose your desired check-in date
- Choose the desired checkout date
- Choose the number of Adults and Kids in the room
- Click the "Check Dates" to provide a list of available hotels meeting your requirements
- Find a hotel of interest and select "View Rates"
- Scroll down to "Room Description" – select the room type and select "Book Rate"
- Provide your information
- An email will be sent to you with an "ARN" number specific to your reservation request. The ARN number is specific to your reservation in the Alliance Reservation Network. It is the fastest way to look up a reservation when asking for assitance.
Creating a Team - Group Block
- Choose the earliest check-in date a team member may need
- Choose the last checkout date a team member may need
- Choose the number of Adults and Kids in the rooms (minimum of one adult per room – required)
- Click the "Check Dates" button to provide a list of available hotels meeting your requirements
- Find a hotel of interest and select "View Rates"
- Scroll down to "Room Description" – select the room type and select "Hold Rate"
- Provide your information and select the "Place Room on Hold" Button
- An email will be sent to you with a confirmation "Group Block" number specific your Team Block (Group Block). The email will have instructions on how to book rooms under this block.
- Share the email with the parents or responsible party making reservations for the Team.
How team members book within the Group Block (Using the dropdowns):
- Choose your desired check in date
- Choose the number of nights you wish to stay
- Choose the number of rooms you wish to reserve
- Click the "Book Room" Button to provide your information
NOTE: A Courtesy Hold Expires within 7 seven (7) days. Rooms not reserved at the end of seven days be returned to the main block and no longer available under this Group Block.
